Ideal job? Hmmm, webmaster I would say at this point in time.
How would I use a discussion web? More than likely for users/visitors to discuss web design techniques and applications/programs. If I was using it in a professional or corporate setting the discussion form could let other employees post ideas, questions, etc about work.
